We barely use AI at all. Is it too early for this?

No, that is the most common starting point and it is the one the audit is built for. Level zero simply means the map is blank, not that there is nothing to map. Everything the audit measures is about your existing processes, data and tools, none of which require you to have adopted AI already.

How much of our team's time does it take?

Roughly three to four hours in total across everyone involved: a 60-minute kickoff, two or three short interviews with the people doing the work, a 10-minute survey, and the readout session at the end.

Is this only about marketing?

Marketing is what we know properly, so that is where the assessment goes deep. We will note adjacent workflows that come up along the way, but we will not pretend to audit your finance or engineering functions.

What if you find we are not ready?

Then we say so plainly and the roadmap becomes a list of things to fix before automation is worth attempting. You still get the full report and the math.

Do you need access to our systems?

Read-only access to whatever you are comfortable sharing, and nothing more. An NDA is signed before kickoff and the audit can be run on redacted data if you prefer.

Yes, and it is written to be executable without us: named workflows, named tools, sequencing and rough effort.
